What's New
State Street Bridge Commissioning
Isis team members recently participated in the commissioning of the signaling facilities
required to allow for the demolition a
nd rebuilding of the State Street Bridge on the UTA.
CM activities for the project were handled by MJ Grant.  Design and applications
programming were provided by GETS.  Isis worked with GETS to review the commissioning
plan and to provide route and aspect charts.

Tucker Interlocking Commissioning
Isis team members recently participated in the commissioning of Tucker Interlocking on
Bi-State Metro.  Isis activities included support for their design and programming and
general support as the commissioning moved forward.  Testing during the commissioning
was the responsibility of Metro staff supported by SECA engineering.

2007 C&S AREMA and RSSI
Members of the Isis team attended the 2007 C&S AREMA presentations May 23rd in
Calgary Alberta.  The papers presented were extremely interesting and the Q&A sessions
following each presentation provided a great deal of information.
The RSSI show was also a terrific gathering.  It was great to be able to see all the
suppliers and their goods in a single venue.  It was also great to see all our old friends
and to make new ones.  We're looking forward to next year in Grapevine!

Electrologixs Installation
Isis engineers participated in the commissioning of two Electrologixs chassis' to replace
aerial cable on a lift span bridge for the L&I railroad in Louisville, Kentucky.  The
application utilized a spread spectrum remote link and pc office (provided by Global Rail
Systems).  Isis' responsibilities for the project included specification of equipment, design
of circuits, including interface with existing bridge circuits, programming of the
Electrologixs, programming of the spread spectrum radios, and responsibility for the
commissioning.

GCP 4000 Programming Class
Isis engineers Rob Burkhardt and John Spellman recently attended a class sponsored by
the Union Pacific to learn to program the GCP-4000.  The GCP-4000 was designed to
allow customers to 'customize' applications via programming.  In addition, much of the set
up that used to be required in the field can be eliminated through programming during the
design phase of the crossing.

Latest GETSGS Logicstation Upgrade

Isis will be using the latest version of GETGS' Logicstation to program Electrologix vital
controllers for a signaling project in Louisville for the Louisville and Indiana Railroad.  The
latest version of Logicstation allows the programming of VHLC, EC5 and XP4 as well as
Electrologix.
