Burkhardt, P.E., M.I.R.S.E.                                           email Rob Rob spent seventeen years working in various positions in the signal, communications and electrical departments of CSX and has spent the last thirteen years working in signal design.  He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the IUPUI campus of Purdue University and is a professional engineer with registrations in several states.  He is a charter member of the North American chapter of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, and is a member of AREMA committees 36 and 37.  He has worked as the senior engineer on several major commuter and light rail projects including those in San Jose and Los Angeles, California, Dallas, Texas and Norfolk, United Kingdom. Spellman, P.E., M.I.R.S.E.                                                email John John has spent the last eleven years working in various positions in the signal design industry.   He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Speed School of the University of Louisville and is a professional engineer with registrations in several states.  He is a charter member of the North American chapter of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers.  He has worked in senior engineering capacities on several commuter and light rail projects including those in San Jose and Los Angeles, California, Newark, New Jersey and Norfolk, United Kingdom. David Bradley Fewell                                                                    email Brad Brad has spent the last thirteen years working in various positions in the signal design industry.   He has worked in drafting, IT and design and has worked with customers as varied as light rail, class 1 and commuter and light rail.  Brad is a graduate of the Louisville Technical Institute.
