Robert E. Burkhardt, P.E., M.I.R.S.E.                                           email Rob
Rob spent seventeen years working in various positions in the signal, communications and electrical
departments of CSX and has spent the last sixteen years working in signal design.  He holds a Bachelor
degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the IUPUI campus of Purdue University and is a
professional engineer with registrations in several states.  He is a charter member of the North American
chapter of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, and is a member of AREMA committees 37 and 39.
 He has worked as the senior engineer on several major commuter and light rail projects including those
in San Jose and Los Angeles, California, Dallas, Texas and Norfolk, United Kingdom.

John J. Spellman, P.E., M.I.R.S.E.                                                email John
John has spent the last thirteen years working in various positions in the signal design industry.  He
holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Speed School of the University of Louisville
and is a professional engineer with registrations in several states.  He is a charter member of the North
American chapter of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, and is a member of AREMA committe 36.
 He has worked in senior engineering capacities on several commuter and light rail projects including
those in San Jose and Los Angeles, California, Newark, New Jersey and Norfolk, United Kingdom.

David Bradley Fewell                                                                    email Brad
Brad has spent the last fifteen years working in various positions in the signal design industry.  He has
worked in drafting, IT and design and has worked with customers as varied as light rail, class 1 and
commuter and light rail.  Brad is a graduate of the Louisville Technical Institute.

Brent A. Hillyard                                                                             email Brent
Brent has spent the last seventeen years working in various positions in the signal consulting and
engineering industry.  He holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from Villanova University.  
He has worked as a senior engineer and project manager on several major commuter and light rail
projects including those in Salt Lake City, San Francisco and Denver.  Brent is a member of AREMA, APTA
and PMI (Project Management Institute).  

Bob S. Kocar                                                                                   email Bob
Bob is an accomplished senior signal engineer with seventeen years experience.  He is a BNSF qualified
checker.  He has extensive experience with the solidstate interlocking platforms deployed by the major
suppliers to the North American Signaling market.  A graduate of Purdue University ith a degree in
electrical engineering, Bob is also a member of AREMA and is a licensed amateur radio operator.

Jeffery T. Dugard                                                                           email Jeff
Jeff is a senior engineer with over 18 years experience in railroad signaling.   He has worked as a senior
designer providing engineering and support for transit, commuter and light rail projects including the
Denver area.  Jeff is a member of AREMA.

Lynn T. Burkhardt                                                                          email Lynn
As the Office Manager for Isis, Lynn comes with 20 years of prior experience in various business roles.  
Holding an associates degree with business and communication majors and having a long family history
in the railroading industry, Lynn fits right in with the Isis team.
